I met Abby and Danny I think two weeks before their wedding day. Their original photographer was no longer able to shoot their wedding and that is the exact opposite of what any couple wants to hear right. before. their wedding. Lucky for them I had just began photographing weddings again after a long hiatus. They may have been scrambling to fill the role, but I will be grateful for them forever and always. A few highlights of their wedding day I’ll never forget:

  • The most beautiful fall foliage I’ve ever seen

  • Danny’s vows that I’m pretty sure he came up with on the spot that had me actually sobbing behind the camera (way to set the standard wayyyy up in outer space, buddy.)

  • One of Abby’s maid-of-honors letting everyone that it IS okay to talk to strangers on the internet as long as they’re as cool as Abby so that you can be friends forever and be in each others weddings.

  • Pretty sure every single guest was on the dancefloor, so hats off to the DJ and for kickass family and friends who know how to party!

Peak girlhood. Seriously. There is nothing like being surrounded by women who truly love and support you, and that’s exactly what Abby had on her day.
